Account and profile data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you register and use the Site, we collect: first name, last name, email address, username, password (stored in encrypted form), location, as well as the status(es) and activities (whether or not related to audiovisual work) that you provide, and where applicable your profile photo and your organization account information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Content you publish<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We process the content you create or publish: film pages, organization pages, lists, reviews, ratings, comments, messages posted on the feed, listings (including the activity sought and the area concerned), as well as the exchanges and documents shared within discussion or work groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Technical data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you post a comment, your IP address and your browser\u2019s user agent are collected for the purpose of detecting unwanted content. If you request a password reset, your IP address may be included in the reset email. Connection and browsing data (technical logs) may also be recorded to ensure the security and proper functioning of the Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Purposes and legal bases<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    • Published content: kept for as long as it is online; its deletion, or that of the account, results in its removal or anonymization;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Technical data and connection logs: kept for a limited period for security purposes, in accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL;<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      7. Security<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The Publisher implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure. The password is stored in encrypted form. You are nevertheless responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      8. Transfers outside the European Union<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Your data is in principle hosted and processed within the European Union. Should a provider process data outside the EU, such transfer would be governed by appropriate safeguards within the meaning of the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The Site is reserved for persons aged at least 15. We do not knowingly collect data concerning children under 15 without the authorization of the holders of parental authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you leave a comment, your name and email address may be stored in cookies, for your convenience, so that you do not have to enter them again; these cookies expire after one year.
